西班牙4年前告知有假油 食藥署：有轉知

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署署長葉明功表示，周刊報導西班牙政府在98年已來函通知，國內橄欖油疑似攙混、當時衛生署置之不理，「這絕非事實」。他說，政府的確在98年10月23日收到來函，並在11月5日告知台中市衛生局、彰化縣衛生局針對泰山、福壽公司進行查廠。

蔡明功說，當時衛生局發現泰山、福壽的產品標示有問題，並已要求業者更改標示，須加註原產地為西班牙。
