【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，東北季風影響，今天雙北山區及東北部恐有豪雨；今晨本島平地最低溫在基隆18.9度。

氣象局表示，基隆北海岸、宜蘭地區、台北市山區及新北市山區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率，連日降雨，請慎防坍方及落石。
