獄中人滿為患 立委將提減刑條例

行政院長江宜樺今晚宴請立委，國民黨立委廖正井向江揆表示，目前監獄人滿為患，他近期會提出減刑條例，內容與範圍比照中華民國96年罪犯減刑條例。據轉述，江揆表示，會交給法務部研議。

前總統陳水扁與前立委顏清標目前都在獄中服刑，是否可適用？廖正井澄清說，陳水扁的刑期超過一年半，根本不適用；至於顏清標，廖正井說，顏已適用過去的減刑條例，與顏也無關。
