其實勞基法是有規定,若老闆打人,員工可以當日離職, 可是實務上,有一些人還是忍著傷痛去上班, 因為只是為了"錢",如果不去上班,生活就會發生困難, 除非說,老闆打員工之後,員工還可以領資遣費和失業救濟金, 這樣離職才不會虧到本. 不過就我本人而言,雖然我一輩子都沒遇到這種情形, 但是若發生老闆打我的情形,我一定當天馬上離職. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.161.201
