五木拉麵含銅葉綠素 衛福部：違法

衛生福利部清查國內進口銅葉綠素流向，發現興霖食品公司「五木拉麵」，旗下兩款蔬菜與菠菜口味也都被驗出含有銅葉綠素，目前賣場緊急下架。

衛福部食品組組長蔡淑真說，銅葉綠素不得摻在麵食類，屬違法行為，五木拉麵是業者自行下架，衛生單位已進行了解。興霖食品公司已違反食品藥物管理法第18條，食品添加物之品名、規格及其使用範圍，是情節而定可罰3萬到300萬元。
