許銘能：建議撤公文的是「高參事」不是「高主任」

民進黨立委林淑芬爆料說，衛生福利部在十月三十號傍晚，發出所謂的「烏龍公文」，要求各縣市政府，將三十七項脂肪酸檢驗，不完全符合的油品下架。原本是衛福部長「邱文達」在當天的「食安小組會議」中，指示下架；不過後來據傳有油廠老闆，打電話給衛福部次長「許銘能」施壓，並且由一位幕僚「高主任」，向衛福部高層獻策，撤銷原公文，並將事件定調為誤繕公文。許銘能今天早上在立法院受訪時，原先強調說，絕對沒有廠商施壓。許銘能說，當天會議談到的，都是查廠與檢驗上的問題，並沒有傳聞中的「烏龍事件」。

不過許銘能在中午接受電視媒體訪問的時候突然改口說，在內部會議中，是有一位高參事，確實有建議「撤銷公文」。
