銅葉綠素年進口1300公斤　衛福部清查用途

【蔡明樺／台北報導】衛福部清查國內進口銅葉綠素流向，食品藥物管理署區管中心主任馮潤蘭今指，從2011年迄今，國內共進口1300公斤的銅葉綠素，台灣比菲多醗酵股份有限公司進口100公斤，供貨給台灣原貿；金鎬貿易有限公司進口1200公斤，供貨給佳格、宇馨興業和興霖食品3業者，目前僅知佳格有生產食油，至於大統的銅葉綠素從何而來，仍在清查中。
 
食藥署副署長吳秀英說，銅葉綠素可添加於口香糖、泡泡糖、乾海帶、蔬果加工品、烘焙食品、果醬、果凍、飲料等產品中，但不包括食用油，業者若違規添加依《食品衛生管理法》可重罰1500萬元。
