紀委會7分鐘結束 邀柯15日到場說明

針對民進黨立委柯建銘涉關說自請調查案，立法院紀律委員會今（5）日中午僅召開7分鐘的火速會議，由身為主席的綠委陳明文宣布，柯建銘應到委員會說明、下週五（15日）繼續開會後，隨即散會。

立法院紀律委員會今天預定12點10分召開，但直到12點17分為止，到場的立委零零落落，還差1人才達委員會1/3始得開會的門檻，拖到12點20分，會議才開始。

然而這場會議僅開7分鐘，且大部分時間都由議事人員宣讀程序、討論事項等，宣讀完畢，主席陳明文立即宣布，「如果沒什麼意見，今天的會議就照這樣子，請柯建銘委員『到案說明』。」由於陳明文口誤成警局用語的「到案說明」，引起現場笑聲，而台下立委對此決議並無異議。陳明文也宣布，避免衝到其他委員會的時間，下週改在禮拜五開會。

稍後被媒體問到，是否還會邀其他涉及關說風波的人，如立法院長王金平列席時，陳明文則表示，下週開會再討論。
