台南市衛生局今天到各超市、雜貨店及市場稽查油品，超市業者反映最近油品的業績至少減兩成，衛生稽查員郭淑玲表示，消費者最好食用單一純的油脂，比較安全，另，若要攝取動物性油脂，炒菜可加雞肉、豬肉，要攝取植物性油脂可食用堅果或芝麻粉等。
