以房養老無人申請　諮詢電話僅10幾通

【胡治言／綜合報導】政府今年首度開辦「以房養老」，卻面臨無人申請窘境。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，衛福部今年5到7月與8到9月兩度公告不動產逆向抵押貸款（以房養老）受理申請均掛零，諮詢電話也僅十幾通，衛福部從公益彩券盈餘申請九千萬元經費一毛也花不掉，已有公益彩券監理委員會委員揚言下月提案要求衛福部喊卡。

衛福部社會及家庭署副署長陳素春表示，當初申請經費已說明是五年計劃，因國人重視自有房產，要長輩拿出財產抵押需較多時間考慮，近期將第三次公告。
