新人第一次發文，手機排版，請多見諒。 原po的工作當初是應徵安親班的行政助理，但一進去就是什麼都要做，工作內容到是還能接受。但拿薪水時發現是以培訓人員車馬費一天500元計算，家人覺得不合理加上一些個人私事，於是向老闆請職了。 由於有簽合約，做不到一年的要賠償，但是當初簽合約沒有一式兩份，請問離職我可以要回合約或是影印一份？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.142.111
