【吳國仲／台北報導】警方追查蕭敬騰遭潑糞案，另2名嫌犯張哲誌(28歲)與蕭毓仁(22歲)昨深夜主動向台北市刑大投案，隨後由警車載往南港分局偵訊。經過4個多小時偵訊後，今凌晨3時許兩人離開南港分局，警方訊後依恐嚇、公然侮辱及傷害罪嫌函送法辦。
