【大紀元2013年11月02日訊】（大紀元記者于婉蘋台灣基隆報導）基隆市公車處長王朝青奉准提前退休，1日上午在市府禮堂舉行交接儀式，所遺職缺由仁愛區長陳新埤遞補。

市長張通榮表示，考量市政推動需要及各職務歷練，安樂區長項文龍則調陞基隆市政府秘書，同時調整各區公所區長職務，中山區長駱文章調任仁愛區長、行政處庶務科科鄭錦濃調陞中山區長、信義區長馬福能調任安樂區長、中正區長林文琛調任信義區長、七堵區長趙明華調任中正區長、暖暖區長李吉清調任七堵區長、社會處社會行政科長吳國偉調陞暖暖區長。
