標題[問題] 簽了offer letter 公司人事凍結

我在10月初的時候和一家公司簽了offer letter 也同時和任職的公司提出離職 預計下週一要到職 就在昨天該公司通知我因為他們要整個轉換business model 所以要做不小的人事異動 因此暫時人事凍結 這個對我非常的傷,因為我既有的工作也辭掉了 現在等同失業 想請教一下,難道簽了offer letter還是這麼沒有保障嗎? 我是否有些權益可以爭取? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.77.75
