2013年「國際皇后小姐」（Miss International Queen）變性人選美大賽結果，於1日晚間在泰國巴達雅揭曉，由18歲的巴西佳麗俄亥歐（Marcelo Ohio），擊敗其他24位參賽者，摘下後冠。

第9屆「國際皇后小姐」，由身為職業模特兒的俄亥歐拿下冠軍，並接受2012年的冠軍得主菲律賓佳麗巴洛特（Kevin Balot），替她戴上后冠。亞軍為美國佳麗狄馬可（Shantell D'marco），季軍則為泰國佳麗內娜帕達（Nethnapada Kanrayanon）。

此次的選美大賽，共有16個國家、共25名佳麗共同參與。而俄亥歐摘冠後表示，變性人常被與娼妓聯想在一起，但其實不然，希望能改變大眾對變性人的觀感，以人人平等的心態來看待，並希望能替變性人爭取應有的權益。
