原文束刪 個人是感覺,不用去在意這問題 其實我自己是覺得,問題不在於年紀 而是心態的問題,其實很多企業不是不用中高年寧 重點是他們會怕一個問題,就是年紀越大越 油條 當然文中說貴公司其實很有心也想幫助中高寧的人 真的有心的人會努力去做,而不是一張嘴在那抱怨 我也看過高寧75的,還在鐵工廠作現場 動作 速度不輸年輕人 有時很多事只能拉一把,重點看他願不願意站起來 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.106.137
