苑裡居民政院陳情　控綠能廠商打人

【王家俊／台北報導】10多位苗栗苑裡反瘋車自救會成員及聲援學生上午到行政院前陳情，指控23日凌晨2時，他們抗爭的對象、英華威公司雇用私人保全毆打鄉親，導致苑裡居民多人掛彩，骨折、流血。陳情民眾並出示照片，指其中一位居民遭保全以石頭砸傷臉部，目前仍在台中榮總治療中。

不過，英華威日前已發出聲明，強調保全與抗議民眾肢體衝突，造成雙方人員受傷，表達歉意和遺憾，也呼籲自救會停止非法抗爭。

一位中年婦女居民代表上午在行政院前哭訴，跨國財團英華威無視反對意見，圈地海岸並違法設置大型風機，自救會與環團抗爭一年多，相關單位互踢皮球，「讓綠能染血」，要求行政院立即召開跨部會風機選址專案小組，設定與民宅的安全距離，莫讓財團傷害人民，造成人民生命危險與社會恐慌。
