烤肉盤是否可放鋁箔碗

請問各位 我最近想烤肉 我是用那種插電的烤盤 可是我不知道烤盤上面可不可以放鋁箔碗烤 因為想用絲瓜蛤蠣
※可以是可以，可是費電呀
還是用鋁箔紙包起較快熟，味亦能留著，亦較省電，鋁箔紙較便宜，鋁箔碗較貴
