http://chinese.joins.com/big5/article.do?method=detail&art_id=110809 三星顯示器公司將成為美國康寧的最大股東 沈載祐 記者 2013.10.24 11:33 三星顯示器公司（Display）將投資23億美元（約合2萬4000億韓元），成為美國康寧的最 大股東。另外，三星Display已決定把與康寧合作成立的三星康寧精密材料公司的股份全部 出讓給康寧。 三星顯示器公司10月23日表示，為了加強與康寧的合作關係，所以簽定了上述內容的綜合 事業合作合同。根據此次合同， 三星顯示器公司將投資23億美元，購買康寧的可轉換優 先股。這種優先股可在7年後轉換成普通股。這樣一來，三星顯示器公司將持有康寧7.4% 的股份，成為康寧最大的股東。但是，三星顯示器公司表示不會直接參與經營管理。 對於三星顯示器公司所持有的三星康寧精密材料公司43%的股份，康寧將通過購買本公司 股票的方式進行收購。康寧將百分百完全持有三星康寧精密材料公司股份，獨享經營權。 三星康寧精密材料公司是1995年三星與康寧成立的合作公司，主要生產LCD的玻璃基片。 三星顯示器公司負責人表示“此次合同進一步升級了兩公司以生產LCD用玻璃基片為中心 的合作關係”，“今後，除了LCD外，還會發揮兩公司在其它新項目上的優勢，實現協同 效應”。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.169.129
