富味鄉董事長陳文南昨晚承認該公司產製24項內銷油品中摻加棉籽油；新北地檢署今天上午及晚間兩度訊問陳文南，並到該公司調取煉油配方、帳冊、油品進出口紀錄等資料。檢方認為陳涉犯食品衛生管理法及詐欺罪嫌，雖承認摻油，仍有諸多疑點待查，訊後命250萬元交保。
