詐保1億2千萬躲12年　妻死2次露餡曝光

【林志青╱台北報導】新北市一名建商許文同（66歲）與其妻子，在2001年桃芝颱風期間，傳出開車行經北部濱海公路時，意外連人帶車墜崖，事隔多年仍未尋獲遺體，法院認定許氏夫妻可能因意外墜崖掉落海中沖走，判決國泰人壽應依意外險，理賠許姓夫妻的子女共6400多萬元定讞。

但是刑事局與對岸公安局聯繫，發現許姓夫妻潛逃大陸藏匿長達12年，今年5月許妻子在大陸江蘇省蘇州市因為心臟病發猝死，許男提供假身分遭識破，只好講出真名給公安，刑事局發現許婦「死兩次？」，才讓隱瞞12年的詐欺案露餡，近期將許男遣返回台。
