明年SD3.0滲透率上看2成

市調機構集邦科技估計，今年SD 3.0規格記憶卡滲透率將約 10%，預期明年滲透率可望挑戰2成水準。

集邦科技表示，SD 3.0介面最大頻寬從SD 2.0的每秒25MB，大幅提升至每秒104MB，連續寫入速度可輕易超過每秒10MB。

因智慧手機、平板電腦及單眼相機等系統裝置僅少數機種支援SD 3.0介面，另外，主要需求來自市場比重較低的零售通路市場，集邦科技估計，今年全球SD 3.0記憶卡滲透率將僅約10%。

集邦科技指出，明年起應用處理器可支援SD 3.0介面的產品線會逐漸增加，另方面，行動裝置低價化，製造商為節省生產成本，搭載的嵌入式記憶體將以低容量為主，將可帶動零售通路市場對高階記憶卡需求成長。

集邦科技看好，明年SD 3.0規格記憶卡滲透率將可攀高到15%至20%水準。
