台企銀 准設澳洲分行

台企銀申設澳洲布里斯本分行已獲金管會核准，預定明年初開業，台企銀還預計本月底董事會討論柬埔寨設財務公司規劃案，敲定當地合資對象與持股比例等，通過後再向金管會遞件。

台企銀今年8月底開業大陸上海分行，海外已有四家分行，布里斯本分行將是第五家海外分行，同時也是台企銀在澳洲的第二家分行。至於柬埔寨設財務公司，台企銀則是希望與當地業者合資，未來再升格分行。

台企銀為加強國際化布局，以中國大陸及東南亞成長動能較佳地區為主，再來就是澳洲。目前柬埔寨已經決定採取當地合資成立財務公司的方式，先行切入，日後再升格分行，澳洲則是在既有的雪梨分行外，增設布里斯本分行，日前已與澳洲主管機關溝通，獲金管會核准後，預估明年初可開始正式營運。中國大陸除上海分行，台企銀也規劃登陸設租賃公司。
