小公司有優點 因為人少 所以什麼事情都需要做 所以能力進步得很快 而且上面都沒人 很容易升遷 但是小公司 制度不完善 雖然賺錢 但是難保突然間倒閉 或是繼續待著 等到年紀越大 然後薪水越高的時候 小老闆上台 為了節省工資 把你開除 不知道各位前輩有沒有人是在傳產小公司一待 就超過二十年的? 那小公司 到底能否一直做到退休呢 -- 什麼是笨？老是用同樣的方法卻期待會有不一樣的結果 這就是笨 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 121.12.129.90
