塑毒案 消基會求償78億今宣判

國內塑化劑風暴引起恐慌，消基會去年3月15日向新北地院提起團體訴訟，代568名消費者向昱伸、賓漢等37家廠商求償高達78億多元。這也是消基會有史以來求償金額最多的團體訴訟。新北地院將在今天上午11時宣判。
