中興航空墜機 飛安會明現場調查

中興航空直升機今天(16日)執行玉山氣象站補給任務時墜毀，造成3人罹難。飛航安全委員會表示，由於事故發生位置是在山谷，爬上來需要1個小時，搜救人員不建議今天前往，所以明天才能抵達事故現場，但黑盒子已透過搜救人員先行拆下，預計今天傍晚就會送達飛安會。

中興航空這架直升機是在上午8時05分從塔塔加停機坪起飛，準備飛往玉山氣象站後不久失聯，之後發現墜毀在玉山北峰；機上正、副駕駛張國綱、林益淇、以及正準備到氣象站換班的工友陳文忠不幸罹難。

據了解，飛安會派遣飛航事故調查組組長蘇水灶前往勘驗，目前已經抵達玉山觀測站，但事故地點處於山谷，下去之後再上來便已天黑，搜救人員不建議前往，因此延至明天一早再到現場。至於記錄當時狀況的黑盒子，則已先請搜救人員拆下。飛安會執行長王興中說：『(原音)黑盒子我們有跟弟兄們通聯，跟他們講說在哪個位置，怎麼樣拆解，那請懂這個機務的人幫忙協助，所以黑盒子他們今天會從事故現場回到觀測站。』

飛安會表示，屆時會再透過國軍將黑盒子帶下山，預計今天傍晚送抵台北的飛安會，順利的話，明、後天就會解讀完成。
