離島建設條例修正初審通過

立法院經濟委員會今天初審通過多名立委提出的離島建設條例修正草案，其中立委陳雪生、簡東明等提案修正第十六條，要求未來離島建設基金金額不足一百億元時，由中央政府編列預算補足，但該案保留院會朝野協商。

不過，陳雪生提案修正第十二條之一通過，將離島地國民教育初聘教師應服務年數，從四年延長到六年以上。另外，修正離島建設條例第九條也通過，讓離島居民可向政府購回戰時被強制徵收的土地。
