標題[請問] 魚皮超硬

今天第一次自己煮魚 發現魚皮硬到誇張 完全切不開 最後用剪刀才剪得開 也不是硬 而是韌 像橡皮一樣 一般料理魚是怎麼弄魚皮的呢? 先煮熟再切嗎?(煮熟就很軟了) 還是用某種方法硬切開? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 50.170.25.129
