易連科技董事長戴譙彥傷害模特兒女友王子魚，台北地方法院6月依傷害罪判戴1年，但王女的劉姓友人不滿戴在審理期間否認犯行，在網路留言「到底有沒有雞雞」、「我告訴你做人就好好做！別當畜生」。

戴認為遭影射沒有生殖器、不是男人，還發現劉女在臉書上貼他照片並寫上「這是個人渣」、「你是腦殘嗎」，憤而提告，台北地檢署公然侮辱罪嫌起訴劉女。
