統盟擬增資無錫廠900萬美元

統盟電子（5480）今天董事會決議，擬增資大陸江蘇省無錫統盟電子900萬美元。

無錫統盟目前資本額600萬美元，主要生產筆記型電腦（NB ）印刷電路板（PCB）。

統盟9月營收5.95億元，月增率4.36%，比2012年9月減少19.17%。前九月營收52.22億元，較2012年同期衰退10.66%；其中第3季營收17.41億元，季增率2.03%。

統盟上半年毛利率15.59%，稅後純益4.39億元，每股稅後純益2.2元；毛利率比2012年同期提高0.42個百分點，稅後純益增加48.92%。

統盟第2季在處分廠房入帳，稅後純益2.99億元，各比上季、2012年同期增加114.39%、83.16%，創歷年單季新高，每股稅後純益1.5元。

統盟第2季營收17.07億元，毛利率15.71%；營收各比上季、2012年同期減少3.79%15.32%，創六季最低，毛利率則各提高0.23、0.1個百分點。
