【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】有自稱成都傳媒記者爆料，日前到成都採訪，向出席活動女星李小冉求證流產傳聞時，遭聲稱是主辦單位的工作人員趕出門兼遭掌摑，引起中國網友熱烈討論，有網友認為這種問題對李小冉是二度傷害，但也有網友認為主辦單位出手傷人就是不對。

香港《蘋果日報》報導，該話題引起中國網友熱議，有人認為不應該再傷害李小冉，應讓她安靜一下調節心情，亦有不少人怒斥主辦單位出手打人太離譜。導演王晶亦有關注此事。王晶見到有網友寫道：「記者再無理也是為了工作，不管誰對誰錯，先出手打人者都不對。」王晶回應：「未必對，明知傷害他人的工作都要做嗎？那網絡打手也是對的嗎？人家沒了孩子多傷心還傷口灑鹽？有的人就是該打。」
