【短片】史諾登現身批：監控沒讓生活更安全

【林奐成╱綜合報導】揭露美國政府監控計畫的「深喉嚨」史諾登，周三獲頒美國情報正直獎，這是他獲得俄羅斯暫時庇護後首次露面，「維基解密」昨更在網站公佈史諾登領獎時的談話影片。
 
法新社報導，影片可見，史諾登（Edward Snowden）穿著藍色襯衫、黑色西裝，神色輕鬆。他批評，美國國安局（NSA）使用「搜索網式的大規模監控」，宛如一隻可以監視一切的眼睛，所有國民都逃不過法掌，這將對民主構成威脅。
 
他說：「如果我們無法了解政府的政策與計畫，我們就不能同意讓政府來制定政策。……全球的民眾越來越了解，監控計畫沒有使我們更安全，反而傷害了我們的經濟、傷害了我們的國家、限制了我們說話與思考的能力。」
