調0972通聯未立刻比對　特偵錯失察覺先機

【張欽／台北報導】特偵組掛線監聽立法院0972小總機前，到底能不能先查知該號碼為立法院總機？調查小組調查後認為是可以查得出來。
 
調查小組指出，特偵組檢察官在今年5月監聽0972立院小總機前，就已先在4月24日交待檢察事務官調取0972門號近半年通聯記錄，但承辦檢察官鄭深元未先查核比對通聯記錄，以致未在第一時間發現該0972電話門號半年內共有65519筆，平均每天通話量363.9筆。

調查小組認為，若特偵組當時立即分析，應不難發現此電話與一般個人電話的通話量有差別，若進一步查證就可以發現該號碼非個人持有，可是，特偵組檢察官調取通聯僅作為保全證據之用，疏於判讀導致錯失事先察覺機會，而有疏失。
