貓羅溪兩童溺水 彰急難救助

彰化縣貓羅溪發生溺水意外，造成兩學童不幸往生，因兩家庭經濟都不佳，縣府社會處除先行致贈三萬塊急難救助金外；縣府教育處將協助罹難家屬申請平安保險理賠，並強化對目睹慘劇女學生與同班同學心理諮商，彌平心靈創傷。

在雙十節國慶日，貓羅溪彰化芬園鄉河段發生溺水意外，造成兩名就讀小六學童不幸往生，令教育界感到遺憾，痛失兩名乖巧孩子的家屬更悲痛不已；縣府社會處長陳治明表示，經初步瞭解，兩罹難學童家庭經濟都不太好，尤其是李姓民眾，更有點困苦；除了將陪同縣長前往致贈三萬塊急難救助金外，將協助喪葬事宜以及申請中低收入戶。

兩位原本快樂放假出外釣魚小朋友，卻在短時間內雙雙溺斃，令家長、師長與同學們都悲痛不已；縣府教育處長張基郁表示將協助罹難家屬申請學生平安保險理賠，並強化對同行、目睹慘劇女學生與同班同學心理諮商，彌平心靈創傷。

張基郁處長表示，天氣已進入秋涼時節，卻還是發生這起不幸溺水事件，令教育界感到遺憾，也顯示只在放暑假、炎熱時節所進行校園防溺宣導還有待加強，更必須擴大對危險水域嚴防戲水、垂釣等安全宣導，希望能夠亡羊補牢。
