傳小S做證 北檢：有助釐清案情

台北地檢署偵辦胖達人麵包店的詐欺案以及股東、董事長等人的內線交易案，今天上午以證人身分約談小S到案說明。檢方訊問一個半小時後結束，中午將小S請回。 台北地檢署隨後召開記者會，北檢襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信說，承辦檢察官認為，有必要請小S到案說明，所以發出兩張傳票請小S出庭做證，協助檢方釐清兩案的相關案情。

檢方進一步指出，如果偵查後發現有任何犯罪嫌疑，也不排除從證人轉列被告。
