胖達人案 小S北檢出庭

（中央社記者劉世怡台北11日電）台北地檢署偵辦胖達人麵包案，今天以證人身分傳喚藝人小S（本名徐熙娣）說明。小S已於上午約10時40分抵達北檢，面對大批媒體，小S只低調說「謝謝大家關心」。 「胖達人手感烘焙麵包」宣稱「天然」，卻遭查獲使用多款人工香精，涉廣告不實，除了被行政裁罰新台幣18萬元罰鍰，北檢也分案查是否涉詐欺。檢調後來又查出小S老公許雅鈞、許父許慶祥等人疑涉胖達人母公司基因國際的炒股內線交易，檢方日前諭令許雅鈞新台幣200萬元交保。
 
檢察官今天以證人身分傳喚小S，台北地檢署湧入大批媒體守候，小S簡單答覆媒體「謝謝大家關心」、「偵查中不便多說什麼」後，步入偵查庭。1021011
