酒駕男追撞前方車輛　不道歉又被法辦

【戴之聖／基隆報導】前日上午10時許有民眾向警方報案，在明德一路有車禍事故並造成車嚴重塞車，警方趕往車禍現場後，發現1名54歲的蘇姓男子渾身酒味騎機車追撞前方自小客車後保桿，陳姓自小客駕駛本要蘇男道歉了事，但酒駕的蘇男不認錯，兩人才僵持不下後才報警處理，警方測得蘇男酒測值為0.19毫升，蘇男不但要賠償對方車子損失費用，還因酒駕遭公共危險罪移送法辦。
