劉若英日前突然在微博停止發文，網友猜她懷孕了，她才回：「我在看電影。近70部，一口氣。」據悉，她因擔任金馬獎複選評審，太忙了才神隱；好友舒淇將角逐金馬影后，日前在微博安慰她「辛苦了」，讓網友認為她可能護航舒淇，湯唯因此成為遺珠。

金馬執委會表示尊重評審：「有11位評審，過半數才可入圍。」劉若英經紀人葉如婷則說：「她微博平時跟很多人互動。針對少數網友的玩笑性的質疑，讓媒體炒作放大，對所有辛苦的評審非常不公平。她絕對是專業公平的。」

曾當過金曲獎評審的五月天團員瑪莎鼓勵她：「評審真不好當。自己要先剔除所有企畫、宣傳的印象，不管是好還是壞，再單純回到作品本身的討論。短時間內要一口氣消化完許多精彩作品，除花很多休息時間，還殺光很多腦細胞。」
