中國公共外交協會會長李肇星在上海出席「中歐夥伴 合作共贏—中國企業走進歐洲」論壇時表示，中國、歐盟是世界國際化的兩個重要力量，應建立全面合作夥伴關係，利益融合，利益緊密，逐漸形成你中有我、我中有你的共同體。

「中國企業走進歐洲」論壇10日至11日在上海舉行，該論壇由中國公共外交協會和國家開發銀行共同主辦，外交部、商務部、歐盟駐華使節及學者和企業代表近300人將圍繞「歐洲宏觀經濟形勢」、「中國企業走進歐洲的機遇和挑戰及案例分析」和「中國企業進入歐洲的公關政策」等進行研討。
