前陣子面試這間公司， 也很順利的被錄取， 工作內容主要是在維修保養工作自走車， 底薪也開很高， 但幾乎沒任何福利， 公司待較久技師除了廠長之外只剩兩個人， 一個做一年一個做三個月， 之前的老技師都走光了， 再過沒多久那個做一年的技師也想走了， 走的理由都是沒什麼加薪機會跟福利聽說連三節獎金都沒有， 想請問一下版上有大大了解這間公司? 謝謝 -- 支持兄弟:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBGKIhoRcZo
