請問各位板友 前一陣子我開了104 結果鴻海HR打來先詳細問了我的經歷很久 後來她說會幫我推薦給主管 後來又約到鴻海跟HR(看起來是很資深的)面談了一次,還談了很多產業界動態 (都沒主管) 又約下次直接面試協理 (前面都沒有中階主管) 請問各位版友 鴻海這樣的流程正常嗎? 直接就面試到協理 還是這算是鴻海挖人的模式? p.s. 我有5年該產品研發經驗, 該產品台灣很少人做 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.117.21
