兩度換心手術 康普頓獲PGA年度勇氣獎

【黎建忠／綜合報導】經歷過2次換心手術的美國職業男子高爾夫好手康普頓(Eric Compton)，今天獲頒美巡賽(PGA)首次創立的「年度勇氣獎」，他感恩的說：「經過朋友、醫生、家人的幫助，我從一個躺在病床上的人，變成能再美巡賽上行走的人，我滿懷感恩，也覺得自己十分幸運。」

今年美巡賽首度創立「年度勇氣獎」，是要鼓勵那些克服難關，做出對高爾夫有貢獻的人，得獎者可以獲得2.5萬美元的獎金，康普頓也決定將這筆獎金一分為二，分別捐給邁阿密心血管學院和阿諾帕瑪醫療中心基金會。
