監聽廣泛　調查局：網路、衛星電話都可監聽

【法庭中心／綜合報導】立委賴世葆上午質詢法務部調查局執行監聽作業官員，網路電話是否可以被監聽？調查局官員說只要有監聽票，技術上都沒問題。
 
調查局官員還表示，不只LINE、WeChat連衛星電話都可以監聽。賴世葆表示，所有電話都可以被監聽，通通不安全，法務部一定要注意濫權監聽的問題。部長羅瑩雪說，她會全面檢討。
