颱風來襲遇大潮　水淹馬偕銅像石塊沖上岸

【石永軒／新北報導】中颱菲特侵襲，今天上午11時許雖風雨暫歇，淡水渡船頭旁的馬偕銅像幾乎遭大潮滅頂。位於紅毛城旁的松濤橋，河裡的大量石塊也被潮水打上人行道。民眾得知路面上的石塊是被大浪沖上岸，驚呼：「怎麼可能，太誇張了！」
