馬不對王提再抗告

在江揆主動拜會立法院長王金平「破冰」後，身兼國民黨主席的馬英九總統也決定不對王的假處分提再抗告，民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘認為，這代表馬江終於被迫向司法以及民意低頭，但馬仍不主動恢復王的黨籍，且強調將焦點拉回黨籍訴訟，繼續攻擊「司法關說」，顯然只是哀兵策略的假動作。

柯建銘強調，馬總統若真有心追求政局安定，更應該提出社會大和解方案，進一步就高度爭議性議題如核四、服貿協議等與人民及在野黨進行對話，承認對國會發動鬥爭以遂行爭議性政策的行為錯誤，主動宣佈核四停建、停止強推服貿協議及相關ECFA後續談判。
