警察過勞死 長官不認還吃案

民進黨立委吳宜臻辦公室接獲民眾陳情，新北市樹林分局偵查隊偵查佐王琮郁，今年8月7日凌晨被家屬發現於自家床上往生，家屬表示死者是在長期工作超時過勞的情況下心因性休克猝死，但樹林分局長官卻表示死者是在家中過世，無法認定王琮郁是因公而死，不願協助家屬申請因公撫卹。
