女主播涉通姦蘇貞昌幕僚　法院判免賠

三立女主播白舒樺因涉嫌與民進黨主席蘇貞昌核心幕僚、文宣部副主任李厚慶通姦，而被李厚慶妻子一狀告上法院；全案刑事部份在今年3月已獲檢方不起訴，而關於李妻求償部份台北地方法院也在1日判決免賠。

白舒樺因涉嫌與李厚慶通姦而被李妻直搗白舒樺香閨抓姦，但沒想到當時在白舒樺房內搜出的3個保險套，經送驗後卻竟然只有李厚慶DNA，而沒有白舒樺任何DNA反應，因此讓白舒樺在刑事部份獲檢方不起訴。

而對於李妻求償部份，法官雖然認為白舒樺深夜與李厚慶共處一室相擁已破壞李妻婚姻幸福，應須賠償新台幣20萬；但由於對李妻所受之損害，白舒樺與李厚慶須負連帶賠償責任，因此認為既然李厚慶已賠償李妻新台幣4百萬，其中即包括白舒樺應賠償之20萬，而判決免賠。
