傳馬英九出庭？府：尊重司法

特偵組監聽醜聞愈演愈烈，法務部日前成立「監聽事件調查小組」，除了要約談檢察總長黃世銘外，不排除以證人身分約談馬英九總統。對此，總統府今（1）日表示，尊重司法，基於偵查不公開，不做評論。

特偵組涉嫌違法監聽，黃世銘成為立委箭靶，不但要求他下台負責，甚至還得追究相關法律責任。黃世銘在昨日被立委問及是否下台，他稱說「有重大違法失職就下台」，指監察院彈劾他就下台。

馬總統昨晚與國民黨立委座談時也強調，黃世銘如涉不法，政府一定會依法究辦，絕對不會護短。

至於總統會不會親赴北檢說明，府方今日回應說，「尊重司法；基於偵查不公開，不做評論」。
