蘇貞昌：綠營縣市滿意度八成 藍五成

民進黨第15屆51次中常會今天在台中舉行。常主席蘇貞昌說，民進黨6位執政縣市長的民調滿意度達8成，國民黨縣市長平均只有5成，落差很大。他表示，民進黨綠色新政將從地方出發、改變台灣。

蘇貞昌說，有能力的縣市長不在資源多少，首長才是關鍵，好首長的創意、魄力及執行力，2、3年就可讓地方脫胎換骨。
