【綜合報導】立法院今天針對法院組織法討論特偵組存廢問題，召開司法及法制委員會，檢察總長黃世銘上午8時30分許已赴立院，登記首位質詢立委為涉關說案主角之一柯建銘，2人將有一番交鋒。

黃世銘稍早面對蜂擁而上媒體的提問，一律以「與體制不符」避答，堅持要到備詢台上才發言。
